Self-directed Support payment card
A Self-directed Support (SDS) payment card is a simple way to pay you the Direct Payment you get for your care and support needs. The account is a safe way to handle funds and a good way to keep track of your spending.
Before you get the card, you need to register with myAberdeenshire. This is how you access your payment card account.
The payment card is posted to you and needs to be registered when it arrives. To do that, you will need your Cardholder ID and your date of birth. You can find the ID at the back of your card and in the covering letter.
Instructions on how to activate the card are also included in the letter.
