Faithlie Care Home
Faithlie care home is in Fraserburgh. It has four wings, over two levels, and can accommodate 33 residents.
All bedrooms are fully furnished. You can personalise your room by bringing some of your favourite furniture, photographs or other personal items. Each bedroom has:
- a handwashing basin
- a bed
- chest of drawers
- bedside cabinet
- armchair
- blinds
- curtains
- bedding
- lockable boxes for safe keeping of small valuables and belongings
Two rooms are used for short stay or respite care.
Facilities at Faithlie include:
- a lounge and dining area
- small sitting rooms with tea and coffee making facilities
- outdoor space
- a hairdresser
- freshly cooked meals with choice of menu, special diets can be catered for
- laundry
- daily social activities
There are communal areas where you can spend time with other residents, friends and family or take part in one of the social activities. There’s an enclosed garden outside you can access independently or with support from staff.
All rooms and public areas have call points so you can call for help 24 hours a day.
We do encourage visitors. There is a signing in procedure for visitors to increase your feeling of security.
Staff are present 24 hours a day. They’ll respect your privacy and knock before entering your room, except in emergencies. Housekeeping staff will arrange a suitable time for cleaning your room. You can be involved in this if you want.
Although there is a non-smoking policy in Faithlie and grounds for staff and visitors, there is a residents’ smoking room.
