Shared Lives Scheme
The Shared Lives Scheme matches people over 16 years of age who have a disability or older people with someone who shares the same interests. Shared Lives gives the opportunity to have a placement in a person’s home. Shared Lives offers the chance to contribute to real friendships and to become active, valued citizens with a sense of belonging.
