Our online services include:

• Check eligibility for support with transport to services
• Check for day service base closures
• Make a referral for telecare
• Manage your loan OT equipment
• Refer yourself to mental health and wellbeing service
• Report adult protection and support concerns
• Request minor adaptation to your home
