Roads maintenance and improvements
We maintain over 5400 kilometres of roads within Aberdeenshire and are fully committed to improving the condition of these roads.

Our roads are also swept periodically based on their class and usage, and on an ad hoc basis when conditions require. Residential areas are swept at least once a year. This is managed by our Recycling and Waste team. Find out more about street sweeping.
Trunk roads
Trunk roads are maintained by Amey. You can report an issue with a trunk road on the Amey website.
Aberdeen West Peripheral Route
AWPR – A90 from Stonehaven roundabout to Ellon South roundabout and A956 from Charleston to Cleanhill roundabout are maintained by Aberdeen Roads Limited. You can report an issue with AWPR on the Aberdeen Roads Limited website.
